How a launch works

  1. Launch. Pick a name and ticker. All 1B tokens start on a price curve in USDG. Nobody gets free tokens, not even you.
  2. Trade on the curve. Every buy moves the price up, every sell moves it down. For the first 5 minutes the fee starts at 25% and drops to 1%, and no wallet can buy more than 1%. That keeps snipers away.
  3. Graduate. When the curve sells out, anyone can press Graduate. The USDG raised and the rest of the tokens become a Uniswap pool, locked forever.
  4. Earn. The creator's fee wallet gets 70% of every trading fee, on the curve and in the pool.

New tokens are highly speculative and most go to zero. Until a token graduates it can only be bought from and sold back to the curve, not sent between wallets.
